1.Overview
Vemouz Studio products are prepared as Roblox-ready systems for event maps, clubs, stages, and social experiences.
- Check the product category and price before opening a ticket.
- Confirm whether you need IDR, USD, or Robux payment guidance.
- Share your Roblox place context so setup advice can match your map.
2.Purchase Flow
Purchases are handled through the official Vemouz Studio Discord ticket workflow.
- Join the Discord server from the website header or product page.
- Send the product name, payment method, and target experience in a ticket.
- Wait for staff confirmation before sending payment.
3.Delivery Notes
After confirmation, product files or setup instructions are delivered privately through Discord.
- Keep the delivery ticket open until the product is tested.
- Do not share private product files outside the agreed project.
- Ask for clarification in the same ticket if setup text is unclear.
4.Installation
Installation details depend on the selected system and the structure of your Roblox place.
- Back up your place before importing any system.
- Follow the folder placement notes provided by Vemouz Studio.
- Test in Studio first before publishing to a live game.
5.Configuration
Configuration should stay limited to documented settings so the product remains stable.
- Change only the settings explained in the delivery notes.
- Avoid editing protected core scripts unless staff instructs you.
- Send screenshots or error messages if a setting behaves differently.
6.Support
Support is handled through Discord so product context, screenshots, and staff replies stay in one place.
- Include the product name and Roblox place link when asking for help.
- Describe what happened and what you expected to happen.
- Attach screenshots or console errors when available.
7.Troubleshooting
Most issues can be resolved faster when the report includes exact reproduction details.
- Check whether required assets/scripts were imported correctly.
- Retest in a clean Studio session when possible.
- Do not reinstall repeatedly before staff reviews the issue.
8.Updates Policy
Updates and fixes are announced through Vemouz Studio channels when available.
- Review update notes before replacing files.
- Keep older working versions backed up.
- Ask staff whether an update is required for your current project.
