Pembayaran bersifat final.
Seluruh pembayaran bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan. Refund hanya akan dipertimbangkan apabila terjadi kendala teknis atau masalah dari pihak Vemouz Studio yang tidak dapat kami perbaiki dalam jangka waktu yang disepakati.
Untuk mempercepat proses pengecekan, customer wajib mengirimkan bukti pembayaran, nama produk, detail kendala, dan screenshot/error yang relevan melalui ticket Discord.
